Supplier Commitment NGBS is committed to conducting its business in accordance with the highest ethical and legal standards. We expect our suppliers, sub-contractors, service providers, and business partners (hereinafter “Suppliers”) to share this commitment and adhere to the following standards:
- Legal Compliance: Suppliers must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations in the course of their business.
- Human Rights and Labor Standards: Suppliers commit to prohibiting child labor, forced labor, and any form of harassment or discrimination. They must guarantee safe working conditions, decent working hours, and fair wages in compliance with applicable laws.
- Health and Safety: Suppliers must provide their employees with a healthy and safe work environment to prevent occupational accidents.
- Environmental Responsibility: Suppliers must conduct their activities in an eco-responsible manner, minimize their carbon footprint, manage waste compliantly, and adhere to environmental regulations.
- Business Integrity and Anti-Corruption: Suppliers must maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding corruption, bribery, money laundering, and fraud. They commit to avoiding and disclosing any conflict of interest with NGBS employees.
- Information Security & Confidentiality: Suppliers with access to NGBS or client information must ensure its strict confidentiality and respect information security requirements (especially regarding personal data protection / GDPR and Moroccan Law 09-08).
