We have implemented an anti-corruption compliance framework as part of our commitment to ethical and transparent business practices. This framework includes several key initiatives:
- E-learning: We have established online training to raise employee awareness of corruption risks and anti-corruption laws. This training strengthens employees’ understanding and empowers them to identify and prevent corruption situations.
- Reporting Process: We have set up a confidential mechanism for reporting unethical or non-compliant behavior related to corruption. This process encourages open communication and responsible whistleblowing, ensuring a safe channel for employees to report any suspicious activity.
- Internal Audits: We regularly conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of our anti-corruption compliance procedures. These audits help identify areas for improvement and continuously strengthen our anti-corruption practices.
We strictly prohibit the offering or acceptance of gifts, favors, or hospitality that could improperly influence business decisions. Conflicts of interest must be avoided or declared transparently. The same anti-corruption standards apply to all partners, suppliers, and third parties acting on behalf of NGBS.
Reporting Bribery and Corruption: Any suspicion of bribery, corruption, fraud, conflict of interest, or solicitation of improper benefits must be immediately reported through the dedicated confidential channel: ethics@ngbsgroup.com
